We all know rain doesn't necessarily chill the heat in summer. From casual running around kind of style to even pairing them with your maxi dresses and kimonos. And don't forget to take an umbrella. But, make your melancholic rainy day more fun and interesting by putting up some playful and vibrant outfit combinations. A long wool jacket is the perfect starting place, especially because you can play around with a variety of colors like dark green. Rainy days don't equal to boring clothes, they can be fun and a constructive constraint that allows (and challenge) you to dress in a way that you are not accustomed to. Some people really wish that every day could be a rainy day. My style is more of a rock'n'roll, dark colours, that kind of things but I put together also two more girly sets. A rainy day outfit doesn't have to be one or the other: super casual or luxuriously sophisticated. Since we all know the rain-y season is just around the corner and while the sky showers it's blessings on you in the form of rain, doesn't mean that you put all your nice clothes aside and look like a homeless drug addict in order to protect yourself from the rain.
